Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you commit. That's why every Liftly subscription is backed by a straightforward seven-day money-back guarantee.
The Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your growth in the first seven days, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
How It Works
- The seven-day window begins on the day of your first successful payment.
- To request a refund, email hello@liftly.co from the address associated with your account before the window closes.
- Refunds are processed within five business days to the original payment method.
- You don't need to provide a reason. Telling us why is optional and helpful, but never required.
After the Seven-Day Window
Outside the seven-day window, refunds are evaluated case by case. We're reasonable people. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we'll work it out.
Annual Plans
The seven-day guarantee applies to annual plans as well. Inside that window, you receive a full refund. Outside it, you can cancel future renewals at any time, but already-paid annual fees are non-refundable except in cases where we determine that we have not delivered the Service as promised.
Followers Are Permanent
Whether or not you receive a refund, the followers you've already gained remain on your Instagram account. We do not "remove" followers as a consequence of cancellation or refund. Once they're yours, they're yours.
